This video represents the recipe for a Calcium-boosted Big Batch Beef – based on a recipe developed with Osteoporosis Canada by Emily Richards. How to take advantage of bulk buys of ground beef to cook ahead and freeze for easy meal-prep for the future – this one is related to Big Batch Beef, but adds ingredients for Bone Health. The video will be linked in the Bone Health booklet version 2023/24. Several of the Canada Beef/Osteoporosis recipes are built using Big Batch Calcium Boosted Ground Beef.
