This recipe was the unique recipe developed for Make it Beef members as part of their loyalty program. The recipe and video was an adaptation from the Gateway posted recipe, now adapted by Mel Mel Chmilar Jr from Darkside of the Grill for charcoal grilling - specifically using The Big Green Egg barbecue/smoker. Opportunity to work with the Green Egg as cross promotion is pending 2023/24.
