This Recipe Style Guide was based on the work done for the Gateway project, as well as the original document developed in 2003/2004, plus the Standard Cooking Instructions for Canadian Beef Cuts (for labels). The documents are to guide all recipe development, writing and editing that is consumer facing. Includes Templates, cooking charts, standard cooking instructions for all beef cuts, grinds and organ meats from the Gateway.
