These concepts were developed to promote reduction of food waste at food service. The Concepts could be used to brand doggie bags for customers to take their leftovers home – as a position of pride (I doing the right thing: not overeating, reducing food waste, being smart to save), instead of shame (I am being cheap). These concepts were used to challenge Jr Chefs to come up with their own concepts + displayed at the Restaurants Canada show.
