This is the Recipe Writing Style Guide developed to enable consistency in our consumer recipe writing.
It is revised based on recipe writing standards for Cuts by Category and also the Canadian Beef Information Gateway. Includes Nutrition info, standard spelling, standard cooking instructions, method writing, citation standards and more. It is designed to be updated from time to time.
