Traditionally a rustic soup, revered as a hangover cure in Mexico, Menudo can be eaten at any time just because it’s delicious. To serve as an elegant appetizer serving, as pictured, serve in shallow bowls with a small amount of broth as a sauce and reserve extra broth for another meal.
