Harissa is a North African spice blend with cumin, coriander and garlic accents. It’s perfect to jazz up this basic roast beef and potato dinner, served with a cool mint yogurt sauce to balance the spices. Store-bought harissa seasoning does vary in heat level, so adjust the amount to suit your taste.
