Other name for this recipe - (Grilled Honey Garlic Short Ribs)
Honey garlic is a classic flavour combination for short ribs. The Chuck Short Ribs used in this recipe are also known as bone-in Miami- or Korean-style Short Ribs. These are cut across the bones into strips, about ½ inch (1 cm) thick. These ribs can be marinated then grilled quickly or can be braised like stewing beef. Serve ribs with coleslaw or potato salad.
