This booklet was originally a thingbeef.ca resource developed in partnership with Co-op. The resource encourages and demonstrates how to enjoy steaks beyond grilling: pan-searing, broiling and cooking simmering steak. Developed and edited in 2025 as a Canada Beef resource to support our Pick the Beef with the Leaf advertising campaign. French added 3.25.
