The original document was created 2013 and was revised 2024 for just grammar/layout updates. This document summarizes the work and findings that were done to finalize the standard cooking instructions to make the most tender, juicy and evenly cooked and browned oven roast beef. The resulting recommendations took into account consumer home cooking trials as well as the work done at Lacombe Research Centre (both mechanical and sensory methods) and included consumer insight research as well.
