Canada Beef helped sponsor the Taste Canada annual national Canadian cookbook awards and student cookbook competition, Cooks the Books. As an education sponsor, Canada Beef provided a webinar program on Canada Quality Grades and a tour of the Beef Cattle Research Centre in Elora Ontario. Participation in the gala award celebration included a chef’s table sampling of Oxtail Croquettes with Chef Bradely Yip. The Canadian Beef Information Gateway was the basis for cuts information for student recipe development.
