With the bold flavours of fresh herbs, fennel seeds and garlic, this barbecue-roasted Inside Round Roast is perfect to serve when hosting a crowd, served with roasted potatoes and sautéed rapini. Or as impressive sandwiches, tuck thin slices of roast beef into toasted ciabatta buns and load on jarred roasted red peppers, arugula, provolone cheese and a mixture of sun-dried tomato pesto and mayonnaise.
