This is a Royal Winter Fair 2023 Recipe created for the Burnbrae Farms Culinary Academy. All of the recipes serve two people. Each recipe was created by a Canadian Chef.
This recipe is a great way to use leftover steak or roast beef as well. It has been adapted from the original by Chef Vitiello to make at home.
